1. Do you have any offline store / showroom ?

Yes. Our showroow is located at Jl Barito 2 no 35, Kebayoran Baru, Jakarta Selatan

 

2. What is the operational hour of Le Chateau Living Showroom?

Our showroom opens Monday to Friday from 09 AM –  5 PM and Saturday from 10 AM – 5 PM

 

3. Do we need to make an appointment to visit your showroom?

No, you can come any time during our operational hours without an appointment.

 If you wish to visit outside of the operational hours or require a private viewing session, please contact our Customer Service at +62811 1459 933 for the arrangement.

 

4. How long is indent time?

Depending on the brands. General lead times is between 4-6 months.

 

5. Do you offer Interior Design services?

Yes, we do have Interior Designer in-house, who will be happy to assist you in designing your bathroom space with the product specifications. Please contact our Customer Service at +62811 1459 933 to arrange the consultation.

 

6. Do you offer delivery services outside Jakarta?

Yes, we provide FREE DELIVERY services to any cities within Indonesia. As certain product require special handling shipment, we will only arrange goods delivery with our trusted courrier partner.

 

7. Do you offer installation service?

Product installation should be arranged by customers. However, our technician team will be happy to support on installation guideline, on-site supervision and after sales visit

 

8. What methods of payment are accepted?

We accept payment by Bank transfer, Credit cards Visa and Mastercard, and also Cash in Indonesian Rupiah.

 

9. How much is required for Down Payment?

Down Payment at 75%  is required for all Indent items, and Full Payment is required for Ready Items before goods delivery.

 

10. What is the return/exchange policy?

There are no exchanges or returns allowed except certain circumstances, such as product defect, or different specification given from Le Chateau Living.

 

11. What is your refund policy?

There are no refund allowed except certain circumstances, such as product defect, or different specification given from Le Chateau Living.

 

12. What if I need to cancel an order?

Cancellations are not allowed, if the production is already in progress. Please contact our Customer Service at +62811 1459 933  for any modification on your orders.
